J Activ Beauty provides physio-aesthetic and wellness treatments, including Indiba treatments.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or via WhatsApp.

Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-show,
J Activ Beauty reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price or refuse future bookings.

This policy ensures fair availability of appointment slots for all clients.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods are communicated on-site.

5. Liability

J Activ Beauty is committed to providing professional and careful services.
However, the institute cannot be held responsible for unexpected reactions, allergies, or results that do not meet expectations.

Clients must inform the practitioner of any medical condition, pregnancy, allergies, or ongoing treatments.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, before/after photos) is the exclusive property of J Activ Beauty and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected is used solely for appointment management and client communication.
It is neither sold nor shared.
